Who we are

Kirk Technologies, Inc. was founded in 1996 as an information technology company focused on enterprise-wide manufacturing systems.  Our experience includes consulting to many of the top Fortune-100 companies.  Our specific focus is providing manufacturing systems solutions and services to the pharmaceutical, bio-pharmaceutical, and clinical supplies packaging industries.

What we do

We have extensive experience designing, developing, and integrating IT solutions to support the manufacturing needs of our clients.  Our staff consists of seasoned professionals, most with engineering backgrounds, with an average of 10 years experience in all aspects of full life-cycle implementations.  This experience and background allows us to understand the needs of our clients and quickly provide a cost-effective solution.   The goal of our results-oriented approach in systems implementation is to help our clients meet their objectives of reduced costs, increased flexibility, and reduced cycle times.

Because our experience has centered around the Life Sciences industry, we have extensive knowledge of GMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11.  We understand the needs and rigors required of validated systems and can assist in the development and execution of all validation protocols.

Our Approach

Our goal is to leverage our extensive experience in the life sciences industries to provide the most cost-efficient implementations for our customers.  Although, our consultants have led projects that required significant customizations to meet the business requirements, we understand the recent shift to maximizing the utilization of existing commercial off-the-shelf systems.  Instead of a too-quick focus on devising custom applications, our solutions include recommendations of business process improvements so that existing systems can be more easily, and cost effectively, configured to meet business requirements.  We believe that the best solutions incorporate business process improvements combined with innovative, cost-effective technologies.
